Privacy Policy
1. Overview
Stickerpunk is designed with your privacy as a default. All sticker creation happens entirely on-device — your photos are never transmitted to any server operated by the Developer for processing.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
The Developer does not collect:
- Your name, email address, or any account information.
- Your location or GPS data.
- Your contacts or address book.
- Any identifier that permanently links data to you across sessions.
3. Anonymous Analytics
The App collects anonymous usage data to understand how features are used and improve the product experience using PostHog (PostHog, Inc.), hosted on EU Cloud servers in the European Union. This data does not include your name, email, or any information that can identify you personally. Each session is associated with a randomly generated identifier that is discarded when you close the App. PostHog’s privacy policy is available at https://posthog.com/privacy.
4. Information Collected by Third Parties
RevenueCat
The App uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.) to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. To verify and process subscription status, RevenueCat may collect:
- A pseudonymous app user ID generated at install time.
- Purchase receipts and transaction data provided by the App Store.
- Device information such as device type, operating system version, and locale.
No name, email address, or payment card information is shared with RevenueCat — all payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. RevenueCat’s data practices are described in their privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
Telegram Messenger
When you choose to export a sticker to Telegram, you are interacting with the Telegram application. Any data handled by Telegram at that point is governed solely by Telegram’s Privacy Policy. The Developer has no access to data handled by Telegram and is not affiliated with Telegram.
5. On-Device Photo Processing
All background removal and sticker generation occurs entirely on your device using Apple’s on-device frameworks and APIs. No photo or derived image is transmitted to any server operated by the Developer at any time.
6. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
Stickerpunk is not directed at children under the age of 13, and the Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact the Developer at sashkn2@gmail.com.
7. California Residents — CCPA Rights
- Right to Know: Anonymous analytics cannot be linked back to you individually. RevenueCat data is subject to RevenueCat’s own CCPA practices.
- Right to Delete: Because analytics data is anonymous and not linked to your identity, the Developer cannot identify and delete your specific records.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale: The Developer does not sell personal information to third parties.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
8. Data Retention
The Developer does not retain any personal data. Any data retained by RevenueCat is subject to RevenueCat’s own data retention policies, available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
9. Security
No personal data is transmitted to or stored by the Developer. On-device data is protected by iOS device security, including device encryption and application sandboxing enforced by the operating system.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
The Developer may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
