By using keklist (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

keklist (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a personal note-taking app designed to help users capture thoughts, emotions, and ideas with emoji-enhanced organization.

The App is available on iOS and Android.

Using keklist means you accept these Terms and agree to comply with all applicable laws.

If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use keklist.

If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Data Storage and Privacy

• Local-Only Storage:

  keklist stores all your notes and emojis only on your device.

  We do not collect, store, or access your personal content on any server.

• Backups & Exports:

  You may manually export or import your notes as CSV files for your own backup purposes.

• RevenueCat Billing:

  If you purchase a keklist PRO subscription, some payment and billing data are handled securely by RevenueCat, our third-party subscription provider.

  Their processing of your data is governed by their own Privacy Policy.

4. Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

Subscription “keklist PRO” is available as an auto-renewable subscription. You can choose between a monthly plan ($0.99 per month) or an annual plan ($8.99 per year).

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings after purchase.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Managing your own data and backups.

• Ensuring your exported files remain secure.

• Using the App in compliance with local laws.

keklist is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access resulting from misuse or device malfunction.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the keklist name, logo, interface, and design belong to developer - Aleksandr Martseniuk.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

keklist is provided “as is,” without any warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or profits.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally.

If changes are significant, we’ll notify you through the App or update the “Last Updated” date.
