This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information in keklist app (available on Android and iOS).

By using keklist, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Data Collection

We minimize data collection to respect your privacy. Here’s what we collect and why:

• Notes & Emojis:

  All your notes and emojis are stored locally on your device.

  We do not collect, access, or transmit your note content.

• keklist PRO (Subscriptions):

  If you purchase a keklist PRO membership, payment and subscription data are processed by RevenueCat and the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).

  We do not have access to your full payment information — only anonymized subscription status and identifiers provided by RevenueCat.

• CSV Import/Export:

  When you export or import notes via CSV, files are handled directly on your device or through your chosen file system/app.

  We do not upload or read these files.

• Feedback (Optional):
  • If you contact us via email, we collect your email address and message solely to reply to your request.
  • External feedback forms (if any) are governed by the privacy policy of that external site.

2. Data Usage

We use your data only to:

• Provide and improve keklist functionality.

• Handle your PRO subscription status and entitlements.

• Respond to feedback or support requests.

We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising services.

Keklist does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or AI models to process your notes.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data, except in the following cases:

• RevenueCat:

  Used to manage subscriptions and verify purchases.

  RevenueCat may receive basic identifiers (e.g., App User ID, purchase receipts).

• App Store Providers:

  Purchases are processed by Apple or Google according to their own terms and privacy policies.

• Email Providers:

  Feedback emails are processed by your email provider (e.g., Gmail).

• Legal Requirements:

  We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Data Security

• Local Data:

  All notes are stored locally on your device. Their protection depends on your device’s security and settings.

• Billing Data:

  RevenueCat and app stores use secure, encrypted communication channels to process payments.

• Feedback Emails:

  Not encrypted unless your email provider supports encryption.

5. Your Rights

• Notes:

  You can delete all data by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage.

• Exports:

  You control where exported CSV files are stored or shared.

• Subscriptions:

  You can manage or cancel your keklist PRO membership directly via your app store account.

• Feedback:

  Email us if you want feedback-related messages removed.

6. Children’s Privacy

keklist is not intended for users under 13.

We do not knowingly collect or store personal data from children.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.

Changes will be posted here, and continued use of Keklist after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
